As an artist, I enjoy the ease of use the iPad provides with various tools and options that make creating art more enjoyable. I can carry it around very conveniently while creating something, even outdoors. 

But with this much portability comes the question of device safety. It is known that water and electricity are not the best friends, and uniting them only sometimes goes well, which brings us to the question: Is the iPad pro waterproof?  

iPhone, iPad, and MacBook share some standard features, all apple products, but some differences remain. While Apple claims that iPhones are water resistant, no direct claims are made regarding iPad pro.

To my utter disappointment, the answer is No, the iPad Pro is not waterproof, and neither is the iPad. None of your iPads or the iPad pros are water resistant, let alone waterproof.
